I know he's spying on the rest of the brawlers for data for Starr Park's CEO, I just can't prove it...

Guide
He's a rat in more ways than one, you know it and I know it, and I hate him! I would love to elaborate a lot more, but I assume you're not here for that. This sewer rat's main attack can definitely lull you into a false sense of security, because if your enemies are even a little off-range, you deal laughable damage with your stones. You gotta keep 'em in Prime Utility Rat Range, or PURR for short. Not too close, not too far.Your super is your mighty driller, where you can hold the funny red button and watch the pain and suffering of your enemies if they don't have insane up-close damage, or keep-away tools but honestly you can bait these out just fine with little risk given you're the smallest brawler in the game.Part 1: GadgetsThe dash is admittedly fun, but actually being able to stay in your driller as much as possible is also important, so digging up some "borrowed" goods (AHEM) to increase your super charge rate is very valuable.Part 2: Star PowersRemember what I just said with the gadgets? Yeah that doesn't apply here. A speed boost for the driller can certainly be useful, but you can't put all your chips on the driller, given you're gonna be base-form rat fairly often, which is where Skipping Stones comes into play, adding an extra splash at the end of your main attack (although in exchange for a slightly shorter attack distance? Eh who cares that difference is tiny enough anyway), allowing you to deal a lot more damage a lot more consistently with the base form.Part 3: GearsDamage is good for any scenario especially in the driller, and Speed can be useful for both forms in bushes, you're the smallest brawler in the game outside of the driller, so you can become basically untouchable in a bush. On non-bushy maps however, pick Shield because some extra tanking for your driller is also useful. But now, the good stuff. The TERROR. Let's go to:Ṫ̸̟̘̙̓H̴̷̸̡̘͖̻̤̹̤̮̺̺͈̬̪̻̗̞̳̔̏̂ͩͬͫͩ͗͐̀ͫͯ̄̏̓ͬ́͘̚̚͞ͅE̴̸̛̦̳̰͈̱̳͎͈ͤ͐̌ͧͮͭ̑̈ͫͫ H̶̸̯͉̖͙̭̪̻̬̭̖̣̥̑͂ͦ̉̀ͧ́̏̂ͮͤ͜͟͝ͅ_̛̠͖͉̦̋̇̃͝OR̡̯͔̖̭̰̫ͦ̽ͨ̈́ͤ̏̒͘̚͢R̺̙̺̭̜̠̪̊̏͌̆͋̀͒́ͪ̾̊́͟͢͞Ǒ̶̡̧̮̳̯̯͙̼͎͈̻̘̘̳̒͛͋ͥͩ̄͊̓̐͋̅ͭ͒͂̈̈́̃̂͛̏͗̅ͣ̄ͯ͋́͟ͅR̵̶̙̰͖̟̲̩͚͕̹̩ͪ̉̈͆ͣ́̽̀͗ͦ́ͦͤ̀͌ͪ͌͟͝, also known as:
Part 4: HyperchargeThe rat's Hyper is dummy strong, letting you stay a LOT more time in your driller that actually makes you go from one type of damage dealer to another, it's bigger (not really), faster, and stronger too! You can absolutely destroy the enemy team with a good Hyper just like how the rat destroyed Glowbert's aquarium like the fake rodent he is, oops did I say that out loud?
Game Modes
Brawl Ball
Supering to the ball when it's close to the enemy's goal and popping out right from below it to score is one of the most fun things you can do with him.
Hot Zone
The drill is really good at scaring enemies off the zone, and if they've got longer range, then again, your Star Power allows you to deal really good damage at a distance!
